Indemnification

Infringement notices and takedown

AVHEC prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AVHEC with respect to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding that subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if in writing and signed by AVHEC. Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of a future breach of that or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
